Certificate of Authenticity

Digital Certificates are minted on Blockchain network(s). You can obtain a digital certificate of the product you purchased through RAMK’s official website by filling out a request form and agreeing to the terms and conditions below.

Terms and Conditions on RAMK Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs)

You can only receive minted tokens (certificates) on items you have purchased, received, and no longer wish to return or get refunds for. As tokens are transferred to you, they cannot be returned, and such a transaction is final. Therefore, you may not request and receive a certificate of authentication and return the item you purchased. RAMK does not accept the return of certificates and all costs, gas fees, and applicable fees are at the customer’s expense.

RAMK uses OpenSea* Marketplace to mint its tokens and creates its digital certificates. Customer must have an Opeansea account and MetaMask* wallet (preferably link them together). Software, programs, networks, and technologies OpenSea uses are completely separate from RAMK company and its operations; and RAMK does not have control over them. Any problems that may arise through the minting process are completely out of RAMK’s authority and jurisdiction and RAMK may bear no responsibilities over the third-party platforms.

Please note that in case of platform failures, RAMK still wishes to satisfy its customers; and is willing to mint a PDF certificate for them to authenticate the product. PDF certificates may hold digital locks or passwords to avoid tampering and modifications on black markets. Such passwords or keys will NOT be shared with the customer as the certificates are for view-only purposes. RAMK does not authorize anyone to mint NFTs on its behalf nor recognizes the validity of the certificates minted on Blockchain network(s) by others. 

Only one (1) certificate is minted per product; loss, theft, or misuse of the token is out of RAMK company’s jurisdiction, and a second copy or token will not be minted for a product.

In order to receive a token/certificate, buyers may have to create accounts, wallets, or sign up on platforms that need to be compatible with OpenSea platform. This is not set up by RAMK and RAMK kindly requests from its customer to comply with the process to expedite the transfer. RAMK is not planning to mint tokens or create digital certificates on any other platform besides OpenSea, as of this writing.

Transferring tokens/certificates from one wallet to another costs gas fees. RAMK does not profit from any gas fees on any blockchain network. Therefore, the gas fees are to be paid by buyers depending on the rate of the day on Eth network or other networks. We try our best to avoid any gas fees to be paid by us or our customers but since RAMK can’t foresee the future and regulations set by other platforms, governing bodies, we must ask our customers to comply with these terms and conditions.

Only the email used at the time of purchase of the product can be used for communication to request for a certificate to be made. We may reject your request if your personal info, especially your email does not match with the information used during the checkout process. This is to keep our customers verified and secure our website of any compromising transaction(s).

The product number, collection-number is random and cannot be determined beforehand. For example, if a customer is purchasing an item that was produced in 25 units and the customer likes item number 25/25, certificate 25/25 on that specific item cannot be minted/ authenticated. This is due to security and authenticity concerns during the whole process.

The process’s timetable is out of RAMK’s control and jurisdiction and may take as long as the Blockchain network allows it. Please allow minimum 48 hours before contacting RAMK regarding any issues with the transaction.

Certificates may differ in terms of program, format, design, authentication etc. at any given time on any product regardless of the different or same collection. What’s important is the token was released from RAMK’s official wallet on OpenSea or MetaMask which can be authenticated on the Blockchain decentralized network. Each certificate is a separate transaction and cannot be bundled. Thank you for being a valued RAMK customer.
